Mleczko Bakery & Patisserie are building a friendly front of house team for their brand new premises based in the heart of Slough. As a member of the front of house team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.

What will you do?
Deliver the highest levels of customer service in line with brand standards
Produce and serve all drinks to brand standards and recipes
Maintain standards of Health, Safety and cleanliness
Sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries and suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process.
Act on initiative to optimise sales to the customer
Operate the till in line with brand till operation and cash handling procedures
Maintain customer areas to company standards
Attend team meetings as required
Complete all tasks required by the daily cleaning schedule
What will you need?

To have worked within a customer-facing environment
Enthusiasm to execute outstanding customer service
Confidence when communicating with customers
Flexible approach (multi-skilled)
Willingness to learn
Ability to work within a team and individually
