As the Food Production Supervisor, you will lead a small team to ensure our food production is efficient, HACCP compliant and all food is made to a high standard. You will have experience working in a food production team and a strong passion for Polish food. You will have a strong understanding of the general health and safety and food safety practices essential in food production and an ability to coach your team to comply in these areas. You will report to the Store Manager, and work with them to improve our production line processes and offering.

What will you do?

 Lead the food production team in alignment with our values (proactivity, one team, transparency and equality)

 Work with the Area Manager to establish new recipes and product lines

 Work on all stages of the production line and meet production targets

 Ensuring the team follow health and safety standards

 Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor

 Following production guidelines and specifications

 Finalising and packaging products for shipment to other Mleczko stores

 Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment

 Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products

 Solve all workplace issues reported to you, with the support of your line manager

 Performing other tasks as assigned

What will you need?

The ability to speak Polish and English

Production work experience (familiar with making a variety of Polish and other European food, either professionally or for leisure)

A passion for becoming a team leader and developing leadership skills

Strong Health and Safety knowledge and ability to comply with the process

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work as a team is essential
