About Snowik Ltd: Snowik Ltd is a property maintenance company providing reactive property maintenance and building services to the domestic and commercial sectors in Central London and the Greater London area.
JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
To work with the compliance team and contribute towards day-to-day tasks for the smooth running of the processes and procedures. To manage office facilities efficiently.
Main Duties
• To help the team on putting into action the development process and procedures.
• Maintaining and verifying sub-contractor records, immigration check, HMRC – UTR, CIS, and PL insurance.
• Ensure legal documentation is up to date, filed and recorded appropriately. Specifically: Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation and PAT testing
• To get an understanding of completing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Work in conjunction with the accounts team to fill out any legal forms and company information
• Managing customer complaints, customer service reports, feedback, and surveys.
• Replenishing and issuing of PPE stocks, Oversee the ordering of staff uniforms and workwear
• Maintain required in-date stock of Pantry and office supplies
• Scheduling and booking Training working together with Site supervisors
• Understanding warranties, registering, and getting warranty certificates.
• Application of Council Permits and other legal applications where necessary
• Managing Holiday data and Engineer holiday schedules
• Maintain the Recruitment process and arrange interviews for candidates

Additional background information
This is a Full time Permanent position
Salary £23,000 – £26,000 Based on Experience.
Holidays – 28 days
