Our client is a market leader in their industry who are looking for Warehouse Operatives for ongoing work in the most advanced Distribution Centre based in the outskirts of Salisbury, with free transport from Southampton, Eastleigh, Winchester ????

Working 5 out of 7 in the rota system. You can obtain permanent contract after 12 weeks of work.

EARLY SHIFT(6am-2pm)- PAY £10.81/h

LATE SHIFT(2PM-10AM)- £10.81/h

NIGHT SHIFT(10pm-6am) £13.47/h

Working within a large retail warehouse distribution team, daily responsibilities include: ensuring products get done from A to B with maximum efficiency; picking, packing, manual handling, following instructions and adhering to health & safety practices and procedures, working towards achieving the pick rate & targets, storing received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse .

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided although, reliability, punctuality and good attention to detail are a desired skills. You will also have to be able to work well under pressure and to tight timeframes as well as be available to work weekend as a part of the normal shift pattern. Communicative English level is essential. All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
