Site Manager, Bricklayer, Carpenter, Skilled Labourer

At clearly renovations ltd we are currently looking for: 

Site Manager

PAYE £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience plus performance bonus

Responsibilities:

Oversee operations on a day to day basis to ensure work is done safely, on time and to a high-quality standard.

Quality control and audit of project under construction.

Liaise with contractors in optimising solution.

Liaise with Contracts Managers and other members of Management Team

Report back to Head Office on a daily, weekly and when necessary basis

Liaise with suppliers for material deliveries

Good Construction Knowledge/background

Requirements:

Previous experience in high end residential developments

Fluent, (written and spoken) Polish and English

Ability to communicate with people at all levels – i.e. Clients, the Site Team and then liaise with the Management Team.

Adaptable and flexible to changes in project – must be able to coordinate different trades at any one time.

Drivers Licence

Bricklayer – You will need to have experience in all aspects of brickwork and have a good knowledge in general building. You will also need to ensure work is done safely, on time and to a high-quality standard. Lastly, you must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with other trades. Immediate start.

Salary:

• £114.60 – £137.50 daily rate (in hand)

Carpenter – You will need to work quickly and efficiently, with high standards of workmanship and with the ability to communicate with colleagues and customers. Immediate start

Salary:

• £125 – £150 daily rate (in hand)

Skilled Labourer – You will need to work quickly and efficiently with

a good knowledge in general building. You will also need to ensure work is done safely, on time and to a high-quality standard. Immediate start

Salary:

• £114.60 – £137.50 daily rate (In hand)
